REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

In the unlikely event you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help to resolve this for you. Our team may ask you to send an image over to ensure it is an incorrect item and to prevent the same item being received again. 

Please do not use the product - we can only accept returns on unused goods. 

*Please do not refuse delivery - if delivery is refused you will be liable for the return charge of £45 per pallet*

PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUE

If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please do not use the product and contact us as soon as possible and we will look to resolve this for you.

RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel you order prior to despatch, please contact us via telephone and we will be happy to action this for you and issue a full refund.

**We are unable to accept cancellation requests via e-mail** 

If your order has been despatched from us and is yet to be delivered to you, it is possible to cancel your order, however, your refund will be less the delivery charge of £45 per pallet. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you would like to return your order, we can arrange a collection for you - the collection charge will be £45 per pallet.

REFUSED MY DELIVERY

If you have changed your mind and no longer want your order, you will be liable for the return charge.
